dear members,
we are seeing that now-a-days members are using net references more and more while answering and some senior members are not taking care to give even references also.

That's why we are going to implement new rules for answering questions on PPM which all to stick to . This is to cultivate a good habit and to end controversies.

The new rule will be like follows and will be implemented soon.

Every answer should be backed up with STANDARD Reference or a brief explanation.

Now here Standard reference means --
1. Standard TEXTBOOKS reference
2. If not then references from popular/latest google ebooks
3. If not than from the official sites of related topic ( like BMJ, WHO etc.)
4. In the last only other web references can be quoted

Brief explanation
1. This means when you are providing the answer , explain it in your own words (no copy/paste)
2. If you are copy/pasting from other resources, quoting of reference is a MUST.

This step is you benefit you all only in long term. shuffle ur books to find the answer. The more u shuffle the more you will remember also controversies won't arise.

WE WILL BE VERY STRICT ON THIS RULE ONCE IT IS IMPLEMENTED. so please better try following it from today only else no posts not following this rule will be straightaway thrashed.

We hope that u all will see the benefit and take this step in a healthy way.
Regards,
PPM Team
